WEIGHT MANAGEMENT & DIABETES SUPPORT

THOUGHTS: Whereas some struggle to gain weight, losing weight seems to be one of the most common struggles out there. There’s no shortage of diet plans and eating strategies and yet most Americans are getting heavier and developing diabetes at earlier ages. Clearly, the status quo of “diet mentality” isn’t working. And what I know from my own experience, most “coaches” out there don’t even have a weight problem or disordered eating issue to begin with - so it’s like being coached by someone who doesn’t even speak the same language. But losing weight can be “easy” once you make the decision to get on board. It doesn’t require motivation, it doesn’t require exercise, it doesn’t require denying yourself; it requires a decision. I can help you get to that decision and help you remember your “why” as the current keeps trying to move you in the other direction. I’ll help be your rutter until you gain your strength and then I become your cheerleader.

RECOMMENDATIONS: For those wishing to gain weight or have less than 20 lbs. to lose, a 14 or 30 Day Cleanse (not fasting) is often a good place to start. It might seem strange to do a cleanse when you’re hoping to gain weight but it helps your body reset and adjust its metabolism all the same. It helps re-start your metabolism and helps get rid of those stubborn food cravings. You get more energy and establish some healthy habits.

If you have more than 20 lbs. to lose or if you’ve been diagnosed with diabetes, then a 3 Month Program is a good place to start. Just like a baseball coach, it’s my job to see where your patterns have you stuck. Sometimes it’s food but usually it’s lifestyle, enablers, excuses and a lack of a committed decision. We will work closely together and your desire to achieve your goals will get stronger and stronger each week until success is more exciting than a donut.
