ANXIETY, DEPRESSION & ADHD
THOUGHTS: Anxiety can stem from multiple sources so we’ll use a multi-tiered approach to handle it. The good news is it’s extremely manageable once we find the right combination of techniques that work for you.
Depression is a vague term to cover many bases. Once we determine your goal is (are you wanting to wean off meds or get additional support to the ones you’re on or find the right meds for your body?) we will have a bevy of proven therapies to manage your depression. From mild depression to postpartum “baby blues” to bi-polar swings, depression can be successfully managed with natural remedies.
ADHD is so prevalent today and finding the right combination of systemic support along with therapies to bring immediate relief will help give you the power to manage your day in the most efficient manner.
WHERE TO BEGIN: For anxiety, I recommend we begin with a Wellness Assessment. For Depression or ADHD I recommend an Electrodermal Scan. It’s important to find out what is behind the symptoms - for example, gut issues or toxicity can exacerbate depression or ADHD. For those who wish to stay on meds, I often refer to a doctor for pharmacogenetic testing so they can make sure they’re on the most effective med at the right dosage for their body.
