VITAL

Vital Basics

Add ice and water up to 20 oz. in a shaker. Add Vital packet and shake. Can also be mixed with hot water as a tea.

Our favorite mixers:

– A squeeze of Lemon
– A squeeze of Lime
– Grapefruit juice
– Grape Juice

Vitality

–  Packet of Vital
– 1 Pear
– 1 Handful each of Blueberries and Raspberries
– 2 Large Strawberries
– Ice
– Water

Blend until smooth.

PB Banana Smoothie

– Packet of Vital
– Frozen Bananas
– Ice
– Dark Chocolate Almond Milk
– Spoonful of Peanut Butter (or PB2)
– Dark Chocolate Chips

Green Banana/Berry Smoothie

– Packet of Vital
– 1 cup Spinach
– 1/2 cup any flavor yogurt
– 1 handful of berries
– 1/2 banana
– Almond Milk or Water
– 1 handful of Ice Cubes

Vitalrita

– Packet of Vital
– 3 Fresh Lemons or Limes
– 1/2 tsp. Grenadine
– Himalayan Pink Salt
– 8 oz. Water

Rub Lemon or Lime around rim of glass and roll in salt to coat the edges. Squeeze Lemon or Lime into glass, top off to rim of salt with Solle Vital and Grenadine.

Vital Coconut Cream Frappuccino with Lavender Drizzle

– 1 packet of Vital
– Matcha tea powder
– 4 oz. coconut milk
– 4 oz. ice

Blend to crush ice. Top with coconut whip and drizzle top with lavender simple syrup.

Lime Rickey

– Add Vital and Ice in a Blender
– Juice from 1 Lime
– Splash of Grape Juice


VitalTini

– Packet of Vital
– 13 oz. Water
– 1 tsp. Olive Brine
– Green Olives
– Cocktail Onions
– Fancy Toothpicks or Stirrer

CinnaMate Basics

Drink hot or cold. Hot is best (in our humble opinion)

Hot: Mix in a mug with hot water.

Cold: Add ice and water or milk, up to 10 oz. Add CinnaMate packet and shake.

Make it a Latte: Add Almond, Coconut or Half & Half.

RENUE

Renue Basics

Drink hot or cold. If using in the evening as a sleep aid, we recommend hot.

Hot: Mix in a mug with hot water. Can add bag of favorite tea (peppermint is tasty)

Cold: Mix in shaker with ice and 20 oz. water, or less to taste.

Our favorite mixers: Milk of choice ( Almond, Coconut, etc)

Renue Smoothie or Jello

– 2 Packets of ReNue
– 1 Handful of strawberries
– 2 Sprigs of Mint (just the leaves)
– Juice of 1 Lime
– 1 Can Coconut Milk
– 1 Cup Cantaloupe
– Water

Blend Ingredients
For Smoothie add ice and water to desired consistency
For Jello: add 4 Tbsp of Plain Gelatin and blend

Blackberry Solle Rescue

– 2 scoops Natural SolleComplete
– 1 cup frozen Blackberries
– 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
– 1/2 packet of Stevia (if preferred to be very sweet)
– 8 oz. Coconut Milk – A squeeze of Lemon

Blend and serve cold.

Dutch Chocolate Strawberry Cordial

– Dutch Cocoa SolleComplete
– 1 cup frozen Strawberries
– 1 tbsp. semi sweet Chocolate chips (optional)
– 8 oz. Almond Milk (unsweetened)
– 4 oz. water (for consistency)

Blend and serve cold.

Tiramisu Complete

– 2 scoops Dutch Cocoa SolleComplete
– 1 cup Vanilla yogurt or plain, sweetened with Stevia
– 1 tbsp. of Espresso
– 1 tsp. Vanilla extract
– Ice
– 8 oz. Almond milk

Blend and serve cold.

Orange Chocolate Treat

– 2 Scoops Dutch Cocoa SolleComplete
– 1/2 tsp. Orange Stevia or Orange Extract
– Vanilla Greek Yogurt
– 8 oz. Almond Milk
– 1 tbsp. Chocolate Chips
– Ice

Tropical Fruit Smoothie

– 1 Cup Frozen Tropical Fruit Blend

In a blender combine:

Fruity Pick Me Up

- 1 scoop SolleRoyal
- 1 packet Cinnamate
- 8 ounces almond milk
- 1 banana
- 6 frozen strawberries
- 1/2 cup frozen or fresh blueberries

Blend with Ice and water

Zenergy

– 20 oz water
– 1/2 lemon
– 1/2 packet of Excell
– 1/2 scoop of SolleRoyal

Green Royal

Blueberry Smoothie

– 1 scoop SolleComplete Cocoa
– 1 scoop SolleRoyal
– 1 packet Vital
– 1 C oat milk
– 1 C frozen blueberries
– 1/2 C ice

Water and ice to make desired consistency

FOOD IDEAS (ADD SOLLECOMPLETE/THRIVE/GOOD FIBRATIONS/PROBIO IQ TO ANY RECIPES BELOW)

High Protein Granola Bars

Dry Ingredients
– 2 cups Oatmeal
– 2 scoops SolleComplete
– 2 tbsp. Carob powder (optional)
– 1/2 cup Pepitas, lightly toasted
– 1/4 cup Sesame Seeds, lightly toasted
– 1 cup raw Cashews, chopped
– 1 cup raw Almonds, chopped
– 2 tbsp. Flax seeds, whole or ground
– 2/3 cup unsweetened coconut flakes
– 1/2 cup Raisins

Wet Ingredients
– 1/2 cup coconut oil
– 2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
– 1/2 cup raw honey or brown rice syrup
– 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

In a large bowl, combine the dry ingredients. Mix well. In a separate bowl, add vanilla to the coconut oil and whisk together, mixing well. Add in honey or brown rice syrup. Add in peanut butter, and whisk until the mixture is uniform in texture. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients with a large spoon. Stir until all the dry ingredients are combined with the wet, mixing thoroughly. Transfer the mixture into a 9 1/2 x 11 glass baking dish. Spread evenly and pat down. Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate several hours or overnight. To serve, slice into bars. Bars are best kept in the refrigerator until ready to be served.

Solle Protein Bites

– 1 cups oats
– 1 cup SolleComplete (we used Dutch Cocoa)
– 1/2 cup of either (maple syrup, honey or agave) Your choice {we used half honey and half maple syrup} or mix CinnaMate with 1/2 cup water
– 1 cup almond butter

Mix all together, refrigerate for a bit, then roll into bite size balls (refrigerating for a bit makes it easier to roll into balls, if you don’t, you may find them a little too “sticky” to roll in your hand). Store in refrigerator. (you can replace the oats with ground flaxseed to make them grain free)

Sugar Free High Protein Peanut Butter Cookies

– 1 Egg
– 1 Scoop of Complete
– 1 cup of Peanut Butter
– Packet of Stevia (optional)

Bake at 375 for about 10 minutes


Cinnamate Food Ideas

– Sprinkle buttered, salted popcorn with a packet of CinnaMate
– Mix applesauce with CinnaMate
– Fresh cut apples sprinkled with CinnaMate

Renue Gummies

– 2 Cups juice (i.e. 3/4 organic white grape juice & 1/4 lemon juice
– 4 T raw honey
– 6 T Plain grass fed gelatin
– 2 Packets of ReNue or Vital
– 2 ProBio IQ capsules

In a small saucepan add juice, honey and drink packets. Stir until well mixed. Sprinkle gelatin on top and let stand for 10 minutes to absorb. Turn heat on LOW and stir constantly for 5 minutes until a liquid consistency and then remove from heat. When liquid is at room temperature, open ProBio IQ capsules and add to mixture (make sure liquid is NOT hot or it will destroy the probiotics). Pour mixture into candy silicone mold - best to use a squeeze bottle to eliminate bubbles. Place mold in freezer for 15 minutes. Remove from mold and store gummies in refrigerator.

Fertility Supporting Bowl or Smoothie

– 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
– 1 cup frozen banana
– 1/3 frozen cherries
– 1 tsp cacao
– 1/2 tsp chia seeds
– 1 scoop SolleRoyal
– 3 opened capsules SolleMaca

** optional toppings— handful of granola or rolled oats, plus a tsp dark chocolate chips

To make as a smoothie, add 1/2 cup filtered water, blend together (except for toppings).
